The Mississippi School for Mathematics & Science recently held a unique fundraiser to benefit The Columbus Lowndes Humane Society. Several employees of MSMS brought their dogs to the school for Wags & Whiskers, in which MSMS students would care for the animals in a designated area behind Shattuck Hall for the day. Students were then encouraged to come by to play with the dogs for a $1 fee. Over $100 was raised throughout the day.
