Zachary’s Restaurant in downtown Columbus hosted a fundraiser on Tuesday, May 30th for the Susan B Komen Breast Cancer Research’s 60 Miles in 3 Days event coming up this fall. The event, Get Tipsy for Tatas, was held to support local residents, Shannon Jones Bowen, Maggie McIntyre, Amy Roberts Godwin, Alisha Lynch Lann, Ami Renee Warrington and the rest of their team as they walk 60 Miles in 3 Days for Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Research. Friends and family were encouraged to wear their favorite shade of pink in support for the cause. A variety of prizes were raffled off during the event. The group expects to continue to raise funds until they leave this fall for the walk.
