The Packet obtained body camera video from Columbus Police Department Officer Toni Howard showing a Sept. 11 incident in which she allegedly pointed a taser at a shackled inmate.
The city released the footage to The Packet Oct. 4.
The footage is redacted to protect the inmate’s medical data and private information.
