Columbus residents are advised to get remaining storm debris to the road for pickup and hauling away early next week. Debris from the Feb. 23, 2019, storm and flooding will be removed at no cost to citizens if the debris is at the road.
“We ask citizens to get the debris to the road so crews can pick it up and haul it away,” said Columbus Mayor Robert Smith. “Looks Great Services will be back in town to remove the debris early next week and help us as we continue to clean areas from the storm.”
All the areas affected by the storm will be on the cleanup route again and citizens do not have to call in to have debris picked up.
